Join me and @threeandahalfacresyoga this Friday 12/10 for a Heart-Opening Flow-Softening into the Anahata Chakra. This is an uplifting breath-focused vinyasa flow with gentle heart openers and a pranayama for the Anahata (heart) chakra. We encourage you to set aside time from 8 - 9 am EST to give attention and care to your heart space.
