Prenatal Yoga Series

This series is designed to support your changing body and growing baby as you move towards birth. You will practice postures to develop strength, stamina and balance, and learn breathing techniques to calm the nervous system, and focus the mind. And most importantly, be in community with other pregnant people. This series will be on Zoom. Dates for this series 3/11, 3/18, 3/25, 4/1
