These prenatal yoga classes are designed to support your changing body as you move toward birth. We will use postures (Asana) breath work (pranayam) and guided relaxation practices that are nourishing for pregnancy, labor, and delivery.
This is not only a nice way to tune into your body and baby but also be in community with other pregnant people. No prior experience required!
